And the company&#8217;s management will be able to make management decisions based on complete and reliable information.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0This is a mass-use program that allows, in a complex, to automate the tasks of an enterprise related to the calculation of staff salaries and the implementation of personnel policy in the following areas:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">planning staffing needs;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">providing the enterprise with personnel;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">competence management and employee certification;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">management of financial motivation of personnel;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">effective planning of personnel employment;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">personnel accounting and personnel analysis;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">labor relations, including personnel records management;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">calculation of wages, taking into account the specifics of remuneration of employees of state organizations: accounting in the context of funding sources and programs, special types of payments for civil servants, accounting for work experience in government organizations, calculating the salaries of military personnel and teachers;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">calculation of taxes, contributions and deductions from the wage fund, regulated by the legislation;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reflection of accrued wages and taxes in the costs of the enterprise in the context of funding sources and items of classifications of costs (programs).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 The configuration allows you to keep records on behalf of several organizations that make up a single enterprise.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the configuration, two types of accounting are conducted in parallel: managerial and regulated.
